This policy explains what data bymayor.com collects, why, and who we share it with. It covers the bymayor.com service and every subdomain hosted on it.
Account information from authentication. When you sign up or log in through Auth0 — with Google or with an email and password — we receive your email address and name, and a unique account identifier. We do not store your password; Auth0 handles credentials and federated sign-in.
Subdomain data. The subdomains you claim, the content and settings you add to them, and metadata such as creation time are stored against your account.
Usage data. We collect basic technical and usage information — for example IP address, browser type, pages requested, and request timestamps — generated when you or your visitors use the service.
We use this data to authenticate you, create and serve your subdomains, operate and secure the platform, respond to support requests, and understand how the service is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data.
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the service. Each processes only the data needed for its function:
Auth0 (Okta) — authentication and identity. Auth0 stores your login credentials and profile, and verifies you on each sign-in.
Vercel — application hosting and content delivery. Vercel serves the site and subdomains and processes request data, including IP addresses, as part of delivery.
Upstash — data storage. Subdomain and account data is stored in Upstash Redis.
Intercom — customer support and messaging. Intercom processes the contact details and conversation history tied to your support requests.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the service, and remember preferences. Auth0 sets cookies to maintain your session. The Intercom Messenger, our in-app support widget, sets its own cookies and local storage to keep your support conversation available across visits. Blocking cookies may break sign-in or the Messenger.
We keep account and subdomain data while your account is active. When you delete your account or a subdomain, we remove the associated data from our active systems, subject to short backup and log retention windows and any retention we are legally required to maintain.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask us to export it. Email support@bymayor.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and held by our providers under their security controls. Credentials are managed by Auth0. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and limit access to it.
bymayor.com is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your data may be processed outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and the revised policy applies once posted.
