By accessing or using bymayor.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
bymayor.com is a multi-tenant hosting platform that lets you claim and publish a subdomain in the form name.bymayor.com. The Service provides account management, subdomain provisioning, routing, and TLS. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. Authentication is handled by a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
You agree not to use the Service to publish, host, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or that violates the rights of others. You may not use the Service to distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, send spam, or carry out attacks against any system. You may not abuse the subdomain system, including by registering subdomains in bad faith, impersonating others, squatting on names, or attempting to circumvent platform limits. We may investigate and take action against any use that violates these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and publish it. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and serve your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Subdomains are provided on an as-available basis. Claiming a subdomain does not transfer ownership of the underlying domain or any trademark rights. We may revoke, reassign, or reclaim a subdomain at any time, including where it is unused, violates these terms, infringes the rights of a third party, or where required by law. We are not obligated to retain any subdomain for you.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may remove your subdomains and associated content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bymayor.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
